Integrity Seal The integrity seal
or for CupLab is made of high tech tamper evident
film designed to seal CupLab device when a urine
specimen is collected. The one side glued film is
easy to apply and permanently sticks to the surface
of the device. Opening of the lid is always evident
on the seal.

1. Sign and date.
2. Label the tightly sealed cup.
